Ingredients (All Grain10 gal)

  • 16.69 lbs German 2-row Pils

    German 2-row Pils

  • 0.72 lbs Crystal Malt 20°L

    Crystal Malt 20°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 2.2 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

  • 0.99 oz Hersbrucker - 4.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min
