Notes
Mahs the rice seperately at 125 add to the mash when you raise the mash temp to 150. Keep mash stirred. mash grain 30 min at125 then 150 for an hour. raise to 170 to mash out. Recirculate till you are tired of doing it.The weesel makes your friends stop saying ewwwww wheatbeer. Oneweesel@aol.com
