  • 8.5 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • .375 lbs British Crystal 55°L

    British Crystal 55°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, adds mouthfeel and head retention. For pale or amber ales.

  • 1 lbs Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Generally a neutral flavor, used to reduce maltiness of beer. Produces beer with a milder, less malty flavor. Uses: Primarily for light Bohemian and Pilsner lagers.

  • 1.75 oz Willamette - 4.5 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Willamette

    This hop is used for finishing and dry hopping American and British style ales. Aroma is mild and pleasant ans slightly spicy

  • .5 oz Goldings - 5.3 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Mild. Slightly flowery.

  • .25 oz Willamette - 4.5 AA% whole; boiled 2 min

This fooled a few British friends. All English ingredients, so I guess it should turn out. Tastes like Boddingtons or so. It is the English 2-row that makes it.

Brewed one week ago, smells and tastes great so far. Will post final review in a couple weeks.
