Wedding Heat Wheat

Wedding Heat Wheat

American Wheat or Rye Beer • All Grain • 6 gal

MrPbrains

I brewed this for some friends who got married and it is a blast...I added 2 Tbsp sweet orange at 20min and 1 onze of ground corriander at 15min...I plan to reduce it to 1/2 oz. on the next batch, but the beer was incredible!!!

I made 2 batches for a friends wedding. 2nd batch I also added Key Lime and lemon. Very nice! Next time I will use Crystal Malt 60°L just because I like a little more color.
