  • 4.8 lbs German 2-row Pils

  • 4.7 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 0.3 lbs German Vienna

    German Vienna

    Increases malty flavor, provides balance. Use in Vienna, Märzen and Oktoberfest.

  • 0.1 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 0.3 lbs Oats Flaked

    Oats Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • 0.8 lbs Barley Flaked

    Barley Flaked

    Helps head retention, imparts creamy smoothness. For porters and stouts.

  • 1.1 oz Northern Brewer - 8.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Used for bittering with strong flavors and very fragrant in steam beers, dark English ales, and German lagers. Aroma is medium-strong with evergreen and mint overtones.

A good beer that could have been made better with some additional caramel malt for sweetness.
