  • 2 lbs Midwest Wheat Malt

    Light flavor and creamy head. For American weizenbier, weissbier and dunkelweiss.

  • .5 lbs German Dark Munich

    German Dark Munich

    Enhances body and aroma. Stout, schwarzbier, brown ale, dark and amber ales.

  • 3.3 lbs Liquid Wheat Extract

    Liquid Wheat Extract

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 2 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • .5 lbs Wheat Flaked

    Wheat Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • 1 oz Hallertau - 3.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

Brew batch ___. Brewed __/__/2001. Steep grain in 2 gallons of water @ 152 degrees for 90 minutes. Rinse grain with 1.5 gallon water @ 168 degrees. Add extracts and top off to 3.5 gallons for boil.
