Beyond The Pale Ale

Beyond The Pale Ale

American IPA • All Grain • 5 gal

drparanoid

This was the first beer I ever made, and it turned out great, but my techniques have been a bit more refined since then. This is my second attempt at making this beer. I used White Labs California Ale yeast the first time, and decided to try the Burton Ale yeast this time. I got a much better mash efficiency this time, and the beer tastes great IMO.
