English Brown Malt
English Brown Malt
Imparts a dry, biscuit flavor. Used in nut brown ales, porters and some Belgian ales.
- 50 g
Wye Target - 8.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
Wye Target
Neutral high-alpha. Bred from Northern Brewer crossed with some Goldenings. Used for hopped malt extract and many English Ales.
- 16 g
East Kent Goldings - 5.8 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min
East Kent Goldings
Mild, slightly flowery.
- 35 g
East Kent Goldings - 5.8 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

Wyeast 1028 London Ale™
Rich with a dry finish, minerally profile, bold and crisp, with some fruitiness.
Notes
Single infusion mash at 66C. Adjust water to suit Burton water if you can. Add gypsum if you have soft water.
