This yeast is famous for its clean flavors, balance and ability to be used in almost any style ale. It accentuates the hop flavors and is extremely versatile.
Notes
Double (cereal) mash (for high adjunct content). Mashed at 148 for 75 minutes. Rice was ordinary long-grain rice, corn was cracked corn from pet store. Yeast was actually WLP0060 American Ale Yeast Blend.
