Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

Caramel Wheat Malt
For dark ales, hefeweizen, dunkelweizen, wheat bocks and double bocks.

How can You brew without base malt Pale Ale, Pilsner, Vienna etc...? Or this was mistake?
