Nice house ale. malts aren't traditional, but its damn nice!. If you're patient, add more cascades as FWH, and let sit in the keg for a month or so, it's worth the wait!, the cascade flavour comes through the munich and the bitterness of the hops, yum yum !!

Mash at 66c. Add whirlfloc at last 15 minutes. 10g Cascades FWH. 1/2 teaspoon gypsum in mash water and sparge water
