  • 5.25 kg Australian Pilsner

    Well modified, good attenuation.

  • 0.6 kg Munich Malt

    Munich Malt

    Sweet, toasted flavor and aroma. For Oktoberfests and malty styles

  • 0.25 kg Weyermann CaraMunich® II; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraMunich® II; Weyermann

    Provides body. For Oktoberfest, bock, porter, stout, red, amber and brown ales.

  • 14 g Perle - 9.4 AA% pellets; boiled 70 min

    Perle

    Used mainly for its minty bittering and good green hop aromas in all non-pilsener lagersand wheats. Aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy

  • 20 g Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 40 min

    Tettnanger

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • White Labs WLP820 Octoberfest/Märzen Lager

    White Labs WLP820 Octoberfest/Märzen Lager

    This yeast produces a very malty, bock like style. It does not finish as dry as WLP830. This yeast is much slower in the first generation than WLP830, so we encourage a larger starter to be used the first generation or schedule a longer lagering time.
