Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

Saaz - 3.1 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Freeze strawberries in ziploc bags. Before adding to secondary, allow to thaw and then crush them in the bags. Add to secondary and rack beer on top. Remember to use a 6.5 gallon carboy for this stage. Tertiary in 5-gallon to meld fruit flavors and clear the beer.

A good, tart, thirst-quenching beer. I ended up using raspberries because they were on sale when I racked to secondary. I have a fair amount of pectin haze, but it does not seem to affect the flavor at all. Let me know if you try any other fruits. I wouldn't mind any feedback...
