Ingredients (All Grain10 gal)

  • 8.33 lbs Belgian Pale

    Fully modified and is easily converted.

  • 8.5 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 2 lbs Belgian Biscuit

    Belgian Biscuit

    Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

  • 2 lbs German Light Munich

    German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • 1.33 lbs German Vienna

    German Vienna

    Increases malty flavor, provides balance. Use in Vienna, Märzen and Oktoberfest.

  • 1.8 oz Styrian Goldings - 4.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
