This is a great beer to make, the yeast adds a little fruitness but not much. I treat this beer as a lager although its an ale.

Notes

Single infusion mash at 66C. Ferment at 16C for 3 weeks. Rack to secondary for 7 days for rest and lager for 4 weeks at 2C The Carahell ads a little colour. The hops at 40 minutes are first wort hops.
