All Grain C Cubed

All Grain C Cubed

Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale) • All Grain • 12 gal

Renaissance Brew

This started as a Bass clone which we've been told is an extract beer. We converted it for all grain brewing & "juiced" it a bit--"more is better..." Try to have the patience to let it condition (we keg it & drink it a day later after force-carbonating it) & you'll be rewarded as it continues to mellow. Best after about 3-4 weeks conditioning. A bit of residual sugar that the ininitiated will call "too sweet." I call it just right & a lot less expensive than it's inspiration.
