  • 0.75 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 5 lbs Maris Otter Pale

    Maris Otter Pale

An English thoroughbred and a favored choice of malt for many brewers. Simpsons' Maris Otter has a rich and nutty flavor and despite its small, berry size has a strong husk. This malt delivers predictable brewhouse performance with modest, yet consistent extracts. Brewers can expect good runoffs with clear wort.

  • .5 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 0.5 oz East Kent Goldings - 6.1 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

  • 0.5 oz Progress - 8.0 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min

    Progress

Simular to Fuggles but a little sweeter.

  • White Labs WLP005 British Ale

    White Labs WLP005 British Ale

This yeast is a little more attenuative than WLP002. Like most English strains, this yeast produces malty beers. Excellent for all English style ales including bitter, pale ale, porter, and brown ale.

Notes

First AG batch! Yeast harvested from previous brown ale
