  • 10 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 1 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    American Chocolate Malt

    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • .5 lbs American Caramel 120°L

    American Caramel 120°L

    Provides color, a unique flavor, body, and contribures to foam retention and beer stability. Gives a pronounced to sharp caramel flavor and a deep red color.

  • .125 lbs Roasted Barley

    Roasted Barley

    Sweet, grainy, coffee flavor and a red to deep brown color. For porters and stouts.

  • .125 lbs Peat Smoked Malt

    Peat Smoked Malt

    Imparts a robust smokey flavor and aroma. Use in Scottish ales and Wee Heavies.

  • 1 lbs Torrified Wheat

    Torrified Wheat

    Helps head retention and mouthfeel, used in some pale ales.

Boy did this work. it has a very FULL body. Looks like an Iperial Stout, but is a nice dry stout. Can't wait for next winter to make this again. -FnDan66 www.handgunsandbeer.com

VERY drinkable. Had last on 22APR06. All sorts of flavors going on there.
