Right Arm German Lager
German Pilsner (Pils) • All Grain • 5 gal
This lager should take 12 weeks to complete. Ferment in 6g primary for no longer than 12 days or when ferment slows at 46-52 deg F. Rack to secondary 5g carboy and top with pre-made krausen made from original wort and a little bit of hops. If you need to, top off with pure spring water up to the neck. hold for 5-7 weeks or until terminal gravity is reached and beer has cleared. If you want to, add finings and hold for 3 more days until crystal clear. You should drop the temp on an every other day basis until temp is at 33-36 Deg F. Hold at this temp for duration. when ready to bottle or prime, raise temp of brew to 50-52 deg F, then prome with 3/4 cup of corn sugar, then bottle or keg. Hold for 3 weeks min before trying one! I like to hold mine for at least 5 weeks before trying a pint! serve at 55 deg F in a nice tall glass! Enjoy!

Sorry, but I have just corrected the mash eff to be at 72%. This brew came out wonderful and all my neighbors and I loved it! They are now whining for more!
