Ingredients (All Grain, 5 gal)

All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

Note 1: When brewing a 10 gallon batch it is important to pour the gains and water together into the tun to ensure you don't have dry spots. Note 2: Control your consumption while you brew. I was so happy at the way things were going that we forgot the brown sugar. Roland wasn't in favor of the addition but most of the clone recipes used it. Our OG was 1.054 anyway. Note 3: We split the batch into two 5 gallon batches. I used London Ale and he used British Ale yeast.
