Notes

Steep grains at 120 degrees for 25 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. Raise temp. to 150 degrees and hold for 25 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. Sparge with 170 degree water 'till clear. Add to water and extracts for boil. Mix honey with one quart water and bring to a boil before adding to wort,with irish moss for the last 15 minutes. I used Briess Golden Light extract.
