Avery tasty and balanced brew. The hop schedule and grain toasting makes it. Originally brewed during a blizzard in 1996.

Toast one pound of the pale at 350 for 20 min. I have made this brew a number of times (with variations) and it always turns out great... Resist the urge to go overboard with the hops!

An all grain take off on a mash extract recipe

The hop combo works well together. This was a nicely balanced brew that passed the brewshop taste test. The first time i made this was with 2 cans of malt and a small minimash with a pound toasted. i actually was able to do the snowbank to cool the brewpot move as about 18 inches of snow had fallen. I have made this brew about five times and will again.
