In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

Caramel Wheat Malt
For dark ales, hefeweizen, dunkelweizen, wheat bocks and double bocks.

Perle - 7.0 AA% pellets; boiled 70 min
Perle
Used mainly for its minty bittering and good green hop aromas in all non-pilsener lagersand wheats. Aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy

Very mild. 'Noble'.

A pilsner yeast from the Weihenstephen. Ferments clean and malty, with rich residual maltiness in full gravity pilsners.
Notes
Single decoction mash. The 40 minute hops are FWH. Dry hopped in secondary. The CaraWheat will add that little extra colour that PU gets out of their decoction mash
