  • 6.3 lbs Liquid Wheat Extract

    Liquid Wheat Extract

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1 lbs Rice Syrup

    Rice Syrup

    Rice syrup has no flavor impact in beer. Rich in fermentable sugar, light in color and body with crisp, dry taste.

  • 2 oz Tettnanger - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Tettnanger

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 1 oz Tettnanger - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 10 min

  • 4 oz Malto Dextrine - (omitted from calculations)

  • BrewTek CL-920 German Wheat

    BrewTek CL-920 German Wheat

    A true, top fermenting Weizenbier yeast. Intensely spicy, clovey and phenolic. This yeast is highly attenuative and flocks in large, loose clumps. Use for All Weizen recipes and is particularly good in Wiezenbocks.
