Sals Alt
Northern German Altbier • All Grain • 5 gal (imp)
This is my wifes favourite recipe. She used to be a Miller Genuine Draft drinker, but i have slowly managed to get her to drink my home brew!! This isn't true to form at all, so i called it an all due to the yeast used. A clean fresh tasting beer that does wonders with an ounce of Styrian Goldings thrown into the secondary.
