Double mash, boil 10% of the 2-row with all the corn for 15 minutes, add to remainder of malt sitting at 122 protein rest, bringing mash to 150 for 60 minutes. Corn is actually cracked corn from pet store, ran through mill for additional crushing.

This beer was entered in the 2005 America's Finest City homebrew competition in the Classic American Pilsner, Premium American Lager, and Speciality (Classic American Cream Ale) categories. It took 2nd place as a CAP and CACA, did not place as a PAL.
