Notes
I guess this is more of a braggot and less of an ale. I am going for something light and easy to drink, with a hint of honey taste to it. Ever since tasting a light honey ale at a local brewpub, I've been on a quest to make my own. When I brewed this up tonight, my OG was right on target with the OG predicted by the Recipe Calculator. Primed with 1/4 cup honey.
