IF, and ONLY if, you didn't love how this came out,I'd go with 10% Crystal 60L, 5% Chocolate and 5% Black, the rest base malt, keep hops and yeast the same. IOW, about 2.5# crystal, 1.25# the others and 20# base malt. Maybe, just maybe, move your secondhop addition to 10 min. Happy brewing!
