Hoegarten Clone
2002-02-14 5:44am
This beer was designed to be a Hoegarten clone, and in my opinion I came very close to it, and woudln't change a thing. It only took about a month for it to properly age to where the flavors became what I had expected. And 5 months out it was just perfect. Enjoy. Ed
