  • 9 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 4 lbs English 2-row Munich

    English 2-row Munich

    Used for extra flavour and colour in nitro-keg ales.

  • .25 lbs English Chocolate Malt

    English Chocolate Malt

    Dark malt that gives a rich red or brown color and nutty flavor. Use for: Brown ales, porters, some stouts Maintains some malty flavor, not as dark as roasted malt.

  • .25 lbs British Dark Crystal

    British Dark Crystal

    Sweet caramel flavor, mouthfeel. For porters, stouts, old ales and any dark ale.

  • 1 oz Sterling - 7.8 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Sterling

    Perceived to be similar to a Saaz and Mt. Hood combination. Finding favor as a Saaz replacement.

  • 2 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 2 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 2 oz Willamette - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 2 min

    This hop is used for finishing and dry hopping American and British style ales. Aroma is mild and pleasant ans slightly spicy

    Wyeast 1007 German Ale™

    Ferments dry and crisp, leaving a complex but mild flavor. Produces an extremely rocky head and ferments well down to 55F.

Notes

Brewed this beer fall 2004. Amazing! Secondary was done in cool temps, which 1007 excels at. Very smooth beer with great head retention and mouthfeel thanks to the hemp.
