This yeast is famous for its clean flavors, balance and ability to be used in almost any style ale. It accentuates the hop flavors and is extremely versatile.

Notes

With the 2 min Amarillo hops, throw them into the boiling wort just as the heat is shut off and allow it to stand for 2 mins before dumping into your fermenter. Dry hop 10 to 20 grams (roughly one third to two thirds of an ounce) of Amarillo hops. Cascade can be substituted if Amarillo cannot be found locally. The dry hopping is optional but gives a much nicer beer in my opinion. James who?
