  • 7 1/2 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 3/4 lbs Weyermann CaraRed®; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraRed®; Weyermann

    Red Ale, Red Lager, Scottish Ale, Amber Wheat, Bock Beer, Brown Ale, Alt Beer

  • 1/4 lbs Belgian Special B

    Belgian Special B

  • 1/8 lbs Roasted Barley

    Roasted Barley

    Sweet, grainy, coffee flavor and a red to deep brown color. For porters and stouts.

  • 1 1/2 lbs Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Generally a neutral flavor, used to reduce maltiness of beer. Produces beer with a milder, less malty flavor. Uses: Primarily for light Bohemian and Pilsner lagers.

  • 1/2 oz Northdown - 6.8 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Mellow English higher alpha-acid hop.

  • 3/4 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.1 AA% whole; boiled 20 min

    Mild, slightly flowery.

  • Wyeast 3766 Cider

    Wyeast 3766 Cider

    Crisp dry fermenting yeast with big, fruity finish. Creates a nice balance for all types of apples, pears and other fruit or fermentables. Allows fruit character to dominate the profile.
