This is a red wheat beer I've designed hope you like it.

Ingredients (All Grain5 gal)

  • 6 lbs American Vienna

    American Vienna

    Increases malty flavor, provides balance. Use in Vienna, Märzen and Oktoberfest.

  • 4.5 lbs German Wheat Malt Light

    German Wheat Malt Light

    Typical top fermented aroma, produces superb wheat beers.

  • 1 lbs Crystal Malt 60°L

    Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • 1.0 oz Liberty - 4.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Liberty

    Used mainly for finishing German and American style ales and lagers. Aroma is mild and pleasant.

  • .75 oz Saaz - 3.0 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • .25 oz Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • .25 oz Mt. Hood - 3.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Mt. Hood

    Used mainly for aroma and flavor in American and German style ales and lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant, light, and clean.

  • White Labs WLP005 British Ale

    White Labs WLP005 British Ale

    This yeast is a little more attenuative than WLP002. Like most English strains, this yeast produces malty beers. Excellent for all English style ales including bitter, pale ale, porter, and brown ale.

Notes

Mashed at 155 degrees for 90 minutes, the O.G was 1058. "Added Hallertau and the Mt. Hood for the last 15 minutes of the boil. Also added 2 tsp. of Irish Moss for the last 10 minutes of the boil.

Smooth easy drinking

Just kegged your beer its been sucking on CO2 for about a week.Has a very nice Red look like a irish ale .Very easy to drink at a young age,has a very clean carmel taste not over hoped perfect! Has a very nice head that follows all the way to the bottom of my glass.ABV is 5.07 This Beer is better than the handcrafted Beer ive had at a local pub and i have 5 Gallons of it .Im going to stay away from the local pub till i finish this one If anyone is going to keg this one do it slowly about 12Lbs and just let it set than add as it takes it Dan you must be a BrewMaster looking forward to more of your recipes And Thanks for this one

Dan mailed me a sample . Id have to say i came very close to his brew both where great,, But now i have no proof i drank it Good Brew
