    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 1.18 lbs British Dark Crystal

    British Dark Crystal

    Sweet caramel flavor, mouthfeel. For porters, stouts, old ales and any dark ale.

  • 0.57 lbs Wheat Flaked

    Wheat Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • 0.4 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Fuggle

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

  • 0.47 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Mild, slightly flowery.
