  • 10 lbs Moravian Well-Modified Pale

Mash at 152 for 60 minutes. Use soft water. Ferment at 65.

They really liked it.

Served this at my annual Oktoberfest party. They polished off the keg, and I got many comments that they enjoyed it. I'll probably make it again next year.
