    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 1 kg British Crystal 55°L

    British Crystal 55°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, adds mouthfeel and head retention. For pale or amber ales.

  • 0.5 kg Wheat Flaked

    Wheat Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • 28 g Saaz - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 5 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • 28 g Northern Brewer - 8.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Northern Brewer

    Used for bittering with strong flavors and very fragrant in steam beers, dark English ales, and German lagers. Aroma is medium-strong with evergreen and mint overtones.

  • 28 g Perle - 8.2 AA% whole; boiled 30 min

    Perle

    Used mainly for its minty bittering and good green hop aromas in all non-pilsener lagersand wheats. Aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy
