Ingredients (All Grain20 L)

  • 2.5 kg Golden Promise Pale

    Typical top fermented aroma, produces superb wheat beers.

  • 0.300 kg German Light Munich

    German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • 0.300 kg British Crystal 55°L

    British Crystal 55°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, adds mouthfeel and head retention. For pale or amber ales.

  • 25 g Simcoe® - 14.7 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Simcoe®

    Used for aromatic, and especially bittering properties.

  • 25 g Amarillo® - 7.1 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Amarillo®

    Grown in Washington. A newer multi-use hop with a nice citrus-flower bouquet and medium-high acid content suited for bittering. Used in American Ales and IPAs.

  • 40 g Amarillo® - 7.1 AA% pellets; boiled 2 min

Notes

mashed at 64.5ºC. fermented at 20ºC. extremely fruity from hops and yeast, good malt and bitterness balance (not OTT with the bitterness).
