Looking forward to this beer. Having great results from this yeast. CaraHell is a fine crystal without adding to much colour. You can use any good well modified Pilsener Malt with this recipe.

  • 1.0 kg German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • .3 kg Dextrine Malt

  • 20 g Perle - 7.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

ray,we have this as a club comp in feb and as a category in our Oktoberfest in march.this recipe is the same line as i was going to take i have already brought the perle and tettnang(hallertau was 1.8AA% in the shop!!)so i just needed to work out the grain bill.....and you have done it for me!!!!!! cheers fatso,in his Melbourne burrow.
