Mmmmm summer belgian beer. Add 1.5 tsp of cardamon, 1.5 tsp orange peel and 1.5 tsp coriander along with yeast nutrient and whirlfloc tablets at the last 15 min. of boil.

Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

I changed the aroma hop to Citra and upped some of the additives. Everyone loves it.
