  • 1.5 lbs Molasses

    Molasses

    Imparts strong sweet flavor. Use in stouts and porters.

  • 1 oz Mt. Hood - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Mt. Hood

    Used mainly for aroma and flavor in American and German style ales and lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant, light, and clean.

  • Wyeast 3766 Cider

    Wyeast 3766 Cider

    Crisp dry fermenting yeast with big, fruity finish. Creates a nice balance for all types of apples, pears and other fruit or fermentables. Allows fruit character to dominate the profile.

Notes

mix all ingredients in 2 gallons water boil one hour ferment with 1 0z spread on a slice of bread. ferment. bottle when finished
