Notes

Toasted 100g pils malt for 10mins at 200ºC. Mashed at 66ºC 30mins, decocted up to 70ºC for another 30mins, mashout. 80min boil. high kräusen 2 weeks at around 10ºC, then diacetyl rest for 5 days at 12ºC. secondary 1 month @ 3ºC. another 6 weeks of lagering in bottles later, all the esters, DMS, etc have dropped right out and the hops come through. nicely nutty/grassy, a bit spicy, and very smooth. maybe i like bocks after all.
