Yet Another Urquelle clone

There are few beers that I clone. I clone Pilsner Urquelle so that I can try something that represents a fresh version of the classic. I believe that the ones that I find locally, Lincoln Nebraska, are way past their prime.

Ingredients (All Grain, 6.5 gal)

Very mild. 'Noble'.
