Vienna Lager • All Grain • 22 L

A modern version of this style and a simple but great recipe. I have found the WLP810 yeast is nice and neutral for this style. You can ferment at 20C and still have the lager quality. Single infusion mash at 66C. Easy making and drinking beer.

    Provides body. For Oktoberfest, bock, porter, stout, red, amber and brown ales.

  • .2 kg Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • 35 g Tettnanger - 4.7 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Ferment between 12C to 20C. Rack to secondary and lager at 2C for 3-4 weeks.
