  • 0.42 lbs English Chocolate Malt

Dark malt that gives a rich red or brown color and nutty flavor. Use for: Brown ales, porters, some stouts Maintains some malty flavor, not as dark as roasted malt.

  • 0.44 lbs English Black Roast

    English Black Roast

Adds a heavy roast flavor and dark color.

  • 3.77 lbs Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Corn Flaked (Maize)

Generally a neutral flavor, used to reduce maltiness of beer. Produces beer with a milder, less malty flavor. Uses: Primarily for light Bohemian and Pilsner lagers.

  • 1.7 oz Challenger - 8.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Challenger

Popular bittering hop used primarily in British ales and lagers. Mild to moderate aroma, but quite spicy.

  • BrewTek CL-150 British Real Ale

    BrewTek CL-150 British Real Ale
