From Northern California. This strain is more fruity than WLP001, and slightly more flocculant. Attenuation is lower, resulting in a fuller bodied beer than with WLP001.
Notes
Color seems to be darker than what was calculated. Good roast flavor, hops come through subtly. 10 days in primary, 5 weeks in the secondary. Primed with 3.3 oz corn sugar.
