Ingredients (All Grain5 gal)

  • 8 lbs Moravian Well-Modified Pale

Notes

THE 40 MINUTE HOPS ARE FIRST WORT HOPS !!! I believe that this method gives more clean, distinct, and more complex hop flavor. All you need to do is add the hops to your boiling kettle as you collect the run-off from the lauter-tun. FOR BITTERNESS CALCULATIONS ONLY treat the hops as though they were added with 40 minutes left to the boil- this will give more accurate bittness calculations if you use this method. Any questions/ comments brewsage@neb.rr.com. ALSO FOR SOME REASON THE DRY HOPS AREN'T BEING DISPLAYED. ADD ONE OUNCE SAAZ FOR DRY HOPS.
