  • 2.25 lbs Maris Otter Pale

  • 2.75 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 0.25 lbs Crystal Malt 120°L

    Crystal Malt 120°L

    Pronounced caramel flavor and a red color. For stouts, porters and black beers.

  • 5.00 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

I mashed this for 60 mins and boiled for 90 mins. My gravity came out at 1.055.

My final gravity read 1.017. Carbonated it and it tastes quite malty and caramelly. Me likey

Kegged it over the weekend, and been sampling it. It's really good! Lots of character. Very nice recipe.
