7 types of grain? My best IPA had just 2 {Marris Otter and Crystal-90}. Lots of hops and tasted great. I don't mean to slam you, just asking.

Sure - you could probably make an IPA with a SINGLE malt. Whatever works for you! I like this recipe a lot, and it wins contests, so I'll stick with this. Cheers!
