Ingredients (Extract5 gal)

  • 0.25 lbs Belgian Caravienne

    Belgian Caravienne

    Belgian light crystal malt. Used in lighter Abbey or Trappist style ales.

    Caramel, full flavor, copper color. For Belgian ales, German smoked and bocks.

  • 7 lbs Liquid Light Extract

I've used both Northern Brewer and Styrian Goldings hops for bittering and flavor with good results too. Dry hop with 1-1.5 oz of Saaz in you secondary for best results.

Hi, I try overseas to made the recipe, but I can't find all the ingredients. Are thes mal 100% extract? or it is patial mash? Thx in advance for yoru reply. Regards, Dominique
