Planning to brew this weekend... a little dark for style but oh well. Also will add 2 oz. ginger, 1 oz. cinnamon stick, 2tsp. allspice, 1tsp. cloves, 1tsp. nutmeg. Simmer in 3 dups boiled wort and add all last 10 minutes of boil.

  • 4.5 lbs English 2-row Lager

  • 0.50 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Mild to strong. 'Noble'.

  • 0.50 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min
